Placement recruitment process performed with neural network based optimization algorithm. Here the feed forward neural network with artificial fish swarm optimization algorithm is used. The significant feature takes the experience of candidate and higher secondary mark for better recruitment process. This approach uses the ANOVA with Chi square calculation for better analysis, which uses the MATLAB 2020a tool.
