2. Manuscript Preparation
Please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your manuscript:
2.1 General Formatting

- Margins: 1-inch (2.5 cm) margins on all sides.
- Page Numbers: Include page numbers in the footer, starting from the title page.
- Headings and Subheadings: Use numbered headings (e.g., 1. Introduction, 2. Materials and Methods, etc.) for better organization. Use boldface for section headings and italics for subheadings.
2.2 Title Page
Your title page should include the following information:
- Title: A concise and informative title that reflects the content of the article.
- Authors: Full names of all authors, along with their institutional affiliations (if applicable).
- Corresponding Author: The name, email address, and postal address of the corresponding author. This is the person responsible for handling manuscript revisions and correspondence.
- Keywords: 4-6 keywords related to the content of the article to assist in indexing and searchability.
2.3 Abstract and Keywords
- Abstract: A clear and concise summary of your article (200-300 words), describing the key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
- Keywords: Provide 4-6 relevant keywords or phrases (separated by commas) to help readers find your article through search engines and databases.
2.4 Main Body
The main body of your manuscript should be divided into clearly labeled sections. Typical sections for research articles include:
- Introduction: Provide background information, state the purpose of the research, and outline the key objectives.
- Materials and Methods: Describe the materials used, experimental methods, and procedures followed. This section should provide enough detail for others to replicate your work.
- Results: Present your findings with clear data (tables, figures, or graphs). Avoid interpreting the results in this section.
- Discussion: Analyze your findings, compare them with previous studies, and explain the implications of your results. Address any limitations or challenges encountered during the research.
- Conclusions: Summarize the key findings and propose directions for future research or practical applications.
2.5 Figures and Tables
- Figures: Submit figures in high-quality formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or EPS). Each figure should be labeled with a descriptive legend.
- Tables: Tables should be numbered consecutively and should be placed after the references section. Include a brief title for each table.
2.6 References
- Citation Style: Use the APA citation style for both in-text citations and the reference list. For example:
- In-text citation: (Author, Year)
- Reference list: Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Year). Title of the article. Title of Journal, volume(issue), page numbers. DOI or URL (if applicable).
- Reference Limit: We recommend that research articles contain between 30-50 references. Review articles can have more, depending on the scope of the topic.
3. Ethical Considerations
- Originality: All submissions must be original works. Submitting a manuscript that has been previously published, or is under review elsewhere, will result in immediate rejection.
